At Rukn Al Ghawali Perfumes, due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, to ensure customer satisfaction, perfumes are eligible for return under the conditions mentioned below.
Important Notes
- Perfumes are returnable within 3 days of delivery.
- Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective upon delivery, or if the customer does not like the fragrance.
- Returns are not applicable for purchases below AED 100.
- If a product is approved for return, the customer is responsible for shipping it back to our address.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for fragrances that have been opened or used.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages.
Damaged or Defective Products

- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery.

Required Details for Returns
Please provide the following:
- Customer Name / Email
- Order Number
- Reason for Returnst.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are sent without an RMA number may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon reque
- Refunds are subject to approval after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customers may be asked to share bank details if required.
- A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For failed online transactions, refunds are processed automatically and may take up to 7 working days.
Order Cancellation Policy
Rukn Al Ghawali Perfumes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:
- Product quantity limitations
- Errors in product or pricing information
- Quality issues identified before dispatch
Additional verification or information may be required before order acceptance.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement only.
- To cancel, email your Order ID and reason for cancellation to support@ruknalghawali.com.
